I am assuming you do not have a cold saw grinder, my other comment is why do you want to try to sharpen a HSS cold saw blade without a machine designed to do it. They are very inexpensive ($12-25 depending on size)to have professionally reground and the geometry of the ground tooth is a too complex to get correct by hand.
