A co-worker of mine used the wrong RPM for a 3" dia wheel on a DuMore toolpost grinder. The grinder pulley arrangement was setup to the max RPM.He spent the day in the ER getting the chunks of the wheel removed from his left shoulder. Be careful with whatever you use.
